Your information stays private. We use your phone number only to send you the digital version of your custom trading card, and we never sell your data.
This policy applies to the Mastercard Chase Freedom Flex custom trading card experience, produced by Phocial Marketing ("we," "us") at LCS Summer Finals 2026 in Atlanta, GA. By participating, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to create and deliver your card:
Phone number: the mobile number you provide so we can text you your digital card.
Card content: the name, photo, answers or other details you choose to put on your custom trading card.
We do not collect payment information, government IDs or precise location through this activation.
How we use your information
Your phone number is used solely to deliver the digital version of your completed custom trading card. We do not use it for marketing, promotions, follow-up messages, surveys or any other purpose.
Your card content is used only to design, produce and deliver your card.
We do not sell or share your data
All guest data remains private and is never sold, rented or traded. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.
We may use service providers (for example, a text-messaging platform) strictly to deliver your card on our behalf. They may handle your information only for that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention, security and your choices
We delete phone numbers at the end of the activation. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access. You may ask us at any time to delete your information or to confirm what we hold.
